THE CASE:
The Mason School of Business was hosting their annual Homecoming and Reunions weekend event and needed a better way to increase RSVP’s as well as update their alumni contact info. DD developed a multi-channel invitation campaign that utilized generation-specific images and content through Variable-Data Printing and Personalized URLs.
THE RESULT:
11,534 alumni invited; 9.6% overall response rate (140% increase from previous year); 764 updated emails (64% increase); 753 registrants (88% increase); and they ran out of food at the Alumni BBQ!
